How?
Vechicles that don’t meet the minimum 1 star rating need additional “Safe Systems” becore a permit is granted.

Drivers & Operators with HGVs > 12 tonnes need a safety permit.
What?
DVS measures visability from the cab. Safety Permits will be issued FOC. Fines are £550 per offence and £150 per driver.
